Brian Gregg is an experienced land manager and planner. Prior to founding SitePath, Brian was a TELUS Senior Real Estate & Government Affairs Manager and also worked in municipal development planning at the City of Burnaby.

During his employment at TELUS, Brian was the lead land use and municipal relations expert for TELUS’ wireless team in BC and has extensive experience leading site acquisition, stakeholder engagement and LUA approvals for innovative projects:

• Canada’s first small cell deployment in Downtown Vancouver.

• The world’s first combined electric vehicle (EV) charging station-cell site project in English Bay, Vancouver.

• TELUS’ $1 Billion Connecting BC cell site deployment contract with the Province of BC.

• TELUS’ fibre to the premise project encompassing access agreements to nearly every commercial and multi-family property for over 50 communities in BC.

• Acquisition and land use approvals of hundreds of cell sites for numerous clients including Rogers, TELUS, Freedom Mobile/SHAW.

Brian holds a Masters Degree in Community & Regional Planning from UBC and a Bachelors Degree in Urban Geography from UVic. He won various scholarships and graduated at the top of his class during both his undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
